A Note from Fr. Lawrence

It has been quite a week.  My mother's death, while expected, and the funeral that followed has exhausted yours truly.  However, I have been invited by one of my students to attend his ordination to the priesthood in Seoul, South Korea.  This is just what I need - a little breather, a chance to recharge the batteries.

So I will be gone from January 7 through January 14.  I am flying to South Korea early tomorrow and will return late next Thursday.  So the blog and the website (www.cusan.org) will be idle for a week.  Come back in a week's time and join me in this adventure we call life.
